We aim to provide a small team of regular carers and where possible will match service users with carers (to include likes, hobbies, interests and preferences) especially when providing social support and companionship. We will give you a weekly schedule so that you know who is visiting and what time to expect us.

The manager / supervisor will visit each service user at home to complete an individual need and risk assessment to identify support needs. This will form the basis for an outcome focused care plan. The service user is central to our care planning process, we are happy to include family , friends and next of kin, in addition to multi agency professionals to ensure individual needs are met. We complete regular quality assurance reviews and update care plans when needs change. We work in partnership with and signpost to multi agency professionals.

Visits consist of a minimum of 30minutes up to visitations of over one hour. Our flexible system allows you to choose as little or as much time as you need.

Quality Assurance
request customer feedback to ensure carers are carrying out duties correctly and are meeting individual needs. In order to ensure we deliver the correct duration of care, carers will use electronic call monitoring to log in and out of each visit. They do this by phoning a free phone number from the service users landline or by entering the details in an app on their mobile phone. This sends an electronic message to our office computer so that we can monitor time keeping and duration of visits.
