request customer feedback to ensure carers are carrying out duties correctly and are meeting individual needs. In order to ensure we deliver the correct duration of care, carers will use electronic call monitoring to log in and out of each visit. They do this by phoning a free phone number from the service users landline or by entering the details in an app on their mobile phone. This sends an electronic message to our office computer so that we can monitor time keeping and duration of visits.
We invite service users and their family to leave online feedback about our service using the homecare.co.uk review link on our website. We also encourage service users and family to visit and share our page on the homecare.co.uk website in addition to liking sharing and following our Facebook page @ACHomecareBlackpool
